There has been no child labour when manufacturing all handmade woollen ready-to-use products, our Bheda wool, hand-felted pieces and woollen balls and beads. The supplier in question was recommended by an aid worker who regularly visits the factory grounds.
This company guarantees us that they use a high quality Swiss colouring that is not damaging to the environment or man when dying the wool.
Our fine felt wool and rainbow wool come from countries where sheep are handled properly. The countries of origin lie in South America.
Our wonder wool comes from North European countries, where the animals are treated well.
Our thick decorative woollen needle felt comes from central European countries known for treating their animals well.
The wool from our 100 woollen felt comes from South America and has an ‘Oko-tex certificate 100’ rating.
Our newest collection of woven plaids carry the ‘Oko-tex certificate 100’ rating.
The dyes for our 100% woollen felt satisfy the EN 71 standard, article 1, 2 and 3.
