Upon receipt of your order you will receive our confirmation with the total orderamount including freightcosts
and a reference number.
As soon as your payment is received, the order is shipped. In general, De Witte Engel can deliver the articles from
stock. The actual delivery time depends upon the destination and the chosen form of transportation.
Shipping costs
The risks and costs of delivery of goods are for the receiver. All prices are ex works. De Witte Engel cannot be
held responsible in any way for events, which occur after handing the shipment over to the transporter.
All eventual damage and (consequential) damage which takes place after the goods leave De Witte Engel
warehouse, are for the receiver. All import duties, insurance charges and other costs are for the receiver.
All invoices will be issued in Euro (€) Prices exclude shipping and administration costs and customs.
For premature and sudden significant price changes, De Witte Engel retains the right to pass this on without
the obligation to announce it separately. If, in spite of careful preparations, mistakes are found, the real price
will be charged and not the faulty one.
De Witte Engel cannot be held responsible for eventual damage resulting from this.
Price agreements made orally and in writing are binding, with the understanding that De Witte Engel cannot
be held responsible for (consequential) damage when unable to fulfil the agreements due to circumstances
beyond one's control. Examples are: production problems, problems with delivery organisations and/or
lacking deliveries, resulting in delivery or production problems. Nor can we be held responsible when
unable to fulfil our obligations due to natural disasters, war or other happenings beyond our control.
Goods can only be returned after consent from De Witte Engel, within 30 days after delivery, well packed
and undamaged. Unannounced and unstamped goods will be refused.
Returning goods after being used in any way is not possible. One no longer has the right to return
do-it-yourself kits or other packed goods after being opened. Returning of cut fabric is not possible.

When not satisfied with the delivered goods and services, contact can be made with De Witte Engel.
We will try to find a solution together with the client.
If, despite mutual efforts, a dispute remains then it shall be brought before a Dutch judge.
